The Capitola Wharf Resiliency and Public Access Improvement Project-Phase II

General work description: The City of Capitola Public Works Department is seeking bids for a wharf rehabilitation project
located at the 1400 Wharf Rd. The project involves repairs to the storm damaged sections of the
wharf, widening of the narrow trestle section of the wharf, new decking, new railing, repairs and
replacement to more than 120 piles, utility repairs and replacement, and permit monitoring
compliance.

The estimated cost of construction is $8,900,000

All proposals for the above-mentioned work will be received by the City of Capitola, County of Santa Cruz, State of California by

Bids are due on or before 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, June 14, 2023

at the Capitola City Hall, 420 Capitola Avenue, Capitola, California 95010.

All proposals shall be in sealed envelopes plainly endorsed
